1. Greater than 25 years old
   
2. If less than 25 years old, they must have a US Title
   
3. If less than 25 years old without a US Title, you must have a letter from the manufacturer stating the car was made in the US to US Specifications.
   
4. If your car is less than 25 years old without a US Title, and it can not be proven to be made to US specifications, you can contact one of the following Registered Importers:
