In 1986 Bill graduated Magna Cum Laude from Niagara University with BS in Transportation and Logistics Management. At the same time he was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Reserve and began a 4 year tour of duty with the Army in the Transportation Corp.

In 1990 Bill ended his tour of duty and started working for William B Skinner Inc. He passed the Customs Broker Exam and received his License in 1992.

In 1998 Bill earned a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Seton Hall University. He was named President of William B Skinner Inc. the same year.

Bill lives in NJ with his wife Timolyne and three kids: Ryan, Kelsey and Robbie. He enjoys coaching youth sports and golfing in his spare time. He currently sits on the Board of the NY and NJ Brokers Association as VP- NJ. He is also the Area 2 Representative on the NCBFAA Customs Committee.
